Cinnamon Rolls
Traditional or Pecan with the creamiest cream cheese icing you've ever had. Other customers have proclaimed they are full of "ooey, gooey goodness"! Our Cinnamon Roll recipe was developed by the owner of Resurrection Bakery over 20 years ago and is by far the heart of her business.
Mini Breads
Delightfully sweet breads served in a one-pound loaf that is perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself. Flavor variations include Banana, Banana Pecan, Banana Walnut, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pecan, Zucchini, Zucchini Pecan, Zucchini Walnut, & Cranberry Orange.
Cookies
Oh, the cookies! I love making every one of them! There's so many to list and new additions coming! Snickerdoodles to Gingersnaps to Pumpkin...they are well worth the try! Oh, and we can't forget those specialty cookies like Apple Pie Cookies that are a little piece of handheld Heaven!
Candy & Chocolate
Did someone say candy?! We only use the best chocolate, sourced directly from our favorite candy factory! Sweet confections from handmade buckeyes, chocolate dipped pretzels, and fudge to chocolate covered cherries, pecan turtles, and hot chocolate bombs. Of course, some items are seasonal but I imagine, if requested, Ms. Jamie would be willing to make up a pound or two of whatever your heart desires!
Cakes
Looking for a specialty cake to celebrate your graduate, mom, dad, bride-to-be, groom, etc.? I can help! Email with your design ideas and I will be sure to deliver a cake your guests will love!
Mini Cakes
Yes, they are all the hype right now! Easier to handle than a cupcake and the possibilities are truly endless! Our traditional flavors include a triple chocolate cake with triple chocolate buttercream, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, red velvet with cream cheese icing, a lemon raspberry cake with vanilla buttercream, and my favorite...birthday cake!! These mini treats are perfect for celebrating at school or daycare. But, they are especially great "just because"!

Cake Rolls, Savory Breads, Pies, & Other Creations
The best thing about having a bakery is the FUN creating new recipes & serving others well! This isn't just a business, this is my heart!
Seasonally, I make Pumpkin Rolls. Then, there's the Sweet Potato Crescent Rolls and delicious, buttery Dinner Rolls. Oh, and, the Honey Walnut Wheat Bread...it is amazing! Occasionally, I'll create a Carrot Cake Roll or Red Velvet Cake Roll with a deliciously sweet cream cheese filling. We can't forget the pies! Whether you need a fresh-baked Pumpkin Pie with homemade whipped cream or a deep-dish Apple Pie for the company potluck, I am here to ensure your dish is the talk of the dinner!
